Common questions

Questions people ask before getting started.

How much does a website or app cost?

It depends on what you need. A simple one-page site is very different from an app with records and reporting. You will always get a clear price or estimate up front, before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Do I need to be in Tamworth to work with Agrikip?

No. Agrikip is based in Tamworth, NSW, but most software and web work happens online, so you can be anywhere. Agronomy work in the field is arranged case by case.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. Sites are built so you can make everyday changes such as text, contact details and prices without needing to call anyone. Bigger changes, Agrikip can handle for you.

Can you help with the domain, hosting and email too?

Yes. Agrikip can set up your domain, hosting and a professional email address on your own domain, and explain how it all fits together, so you have one point of contact for the lot.

What kind of apps do you build?

Practical Android apps built around real workflows: record keeping, budgets, contributions, stock and reporting, designed to keep working even where the mobile signal drops out.

What happens if there is no mobile signal in the paddock?

Apps are built offline-first. Entries are saved on the phone and sync automatically when you are back in range, so nothing is lost at the far end of the property.

What does agronomy support involve?

Typically a conversation about your crop and goals, a paddock visit or review of photos and records, and clear written recommendations. It can be a one-off problem or ongoing support through a season.

Do you sell chemicals, fertiliser or equipment?

No. Agrikip provides advice and software, not products. See what is and isn't in scope.

Got a paddock problem, a record-keeping mess or a website that needs work?

Send a few lines about it. You will get a reply from the person who will actually do the work, not a sales team.
